I recently took my car to Dulwich hill automotive as my car had an oil leak. I dealt with Kosta, he was extremely helpful and did more than I originally asked. His customer service is second to none compared to the mechanics I’ve dealt with in the past. If you want a honest diagnostic’s of any issues with your car, I would highly recommend his services. Kosta and his team are fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable and great priced. They gave me a courtesy car while servicing mine, they took exactly the time they said it would take - so I could freely plan my day and this does make a difference! I was not able to get an appointment for a few months with the dealership of our new Peugeot so I went to Sutherland Automotive for the van's first service and I was really happy I did. They did an excellent job, all done in a day, the car was fresh when I picked up and the price was very competitive. I would highly recommend Sutherland Automotive to others needing a service or vehicle repair.

Amazing service, Very honest and great value

Booked in my 5yo car for a regular service, excellent service as usual. Borrowed the loan car, clean, super easy to drive. They phoned early to let me know what had to be fixed and quoted price. Phoned a little later when finished. Picked up my car which had also been washed and cleaned. They also let me know of a couple of things that were ok for now, but might need to be done next time. Highly recommend.

Since meeting Peter and his team I won’t use anyone else. The workmanship is spot on. Can definitely recommend.

I receive quotes very quickly via email and her communication style is excellent. They are a Team that you can rely on and trust to carry out great work. At a fair price too. Price could be a little lower according to my expectation but I understand everything is getting more expensive now in general. Overall service was excellent from the beginning to receiving my car back. I was provided all details of what is done and what needs to be done in the next service. I did not catch the name of team members but they were lovely and professional which I’m happy about.  I will leave them my car here again in the next service. Edit: Got car back in very clean condition as well, very impressive. Thanks guys

I needed a registration inspection for my car - Sutherland Automotive was able to fit me in quickly with booking being extremely easy through their online booking system. I dropped my car off and they had the whole process completed and keys back in my hand within 30 minutes despite being fully booked for the day. All staff were friendly and helpful. Outstanding service from Chris & the team from initial booking to the gleaming car wash! Communication, knowledge & transparency as to what was required & what was optional was excellent. The availability of loan cars also makes the process seamless & hassle-free. It might be my slight OCD, but the workshop is so clean & tidy it looks hospital grade! :-)

Have used Robert St Auto a few times now for general service and maintenance. At no point have I been surprised with additional items on the invoice. Rob St Auto are very diligent in communicating what work needs to be done, what can be pushed to a future service, and what needs immediate attention. I drive a Euro vehicle and expect a slight premium on parts, but at no point has anything felt over-quoted. Excellent service; prices are reasonable, communication is excellent, and I’m given back a freshly cleaned car each time! Highly recommended.

Google Reviews lead me to this business for a Safety Inspection Report (Pink Slip) - they managed to slot me in same day. Quick, easy, no-nonsense service - with feedback from the mechanic. All good.

Booked my car in for a pretty big service including pink slip for rego. From beginning to end Campbell was so thorough and a really good communicator. As someone w an intellectual disability it meant so much having him clearly explain everything to me before he went ahead and did the works. Including answering any questions this gal had. Upon collection, Peter was fab as always, my car was sparkling clean, a courtesy H2o was in my car + my car was driving the best it has in a long time. Almost as good as a Rolls Royce some may say 😉 🚘 😄
